My love of cooking began when I worked in the kitchen of an upscale Italian restaurant in Wildwood Crest, NJ. The owner, Joe, was firm but fair. He believed in doing everything right the first time around. There was no cutting corners in his kitchen. If you did not do it right, you did it again. Joe became a mentor to me and I have modeled much of what I do on the lessons I learned from him.
We guarantee the food that we make will be made right and without cutting any corners. If not, we will do our best to make it right. We believe in quality and hard work and want that to be evident in our products.
